Founder profile
Your founder profile is how Z2X learns who you are and how you build. It shapes your plan generation, agent instructions, and the "For You" recommendations you see throughout the app.

Why the profile matters
Every founder is different. A solo engineer with 10 years of B2B SaaS experience building for developers needs a different validation playbook than a first-time founder building a consumer product in a space they know from personal frustration.
The founder profile captures enough about you that Z2X can meaningfully adapt its recommendations. Without it, the plan generation, agent prompts, and coaching suggestions are generic — useful, but not tailored.

The coach panel
On the profile page, there's a coach panel that reads your profile and generates a personalised one-paragraph insight. This might be:
- A specific risk given your archetype and idea combination
- A recommended next action based on your stated goal
- A challenge or assumption worth pressure-testing
The coach panel updates whenever you save significant changes to your profile. It uses the Pro model (Builder and Pro plans) or a standard model (Free plan).
Profile completion
The completion bar at the top of the profile page shows your progress. Higher completion = better tailoring. Aim for 80%+ before generating your Z2X Path.
Completion is calculated based on how many fields have substantive answers — not just any text, but enough detail for agents to use.
Privacy
Your founder profile is private to your workspace. It's not shared with other users, visible in the idea bank, or accessible to any external service. It's used only to personalise your own Z2X experience.
