Workspace settings
Your workspace is the container for all your ideas, plans, agent output, and First 100 data. Settings let you configure how the workspace behaves.
Accessing workspace settings
Click the gear icon in the nav rail (or go to app.z2xfounder.com/settings).
What you can configure
Display name
The name shown at the top of the workspace. Defaults to your name. Some founders change this to their company or project name.
Timezone
Used for Autopilot scheduling (if you enable time-window restrictions) and for timestamping agent runs in your local time.
Notification preferences
Control which email notifications you receive:
- Autopilot session complete — email when an Autopilot session finishes
- Payment reminders — alerts about billing issues
- Weekly digest — summary of agent runs and progress (if your plan includes this)
Autopilot defaults
Set global defaults for Autopilot behaviour:
- Default credit threshold — minimum credits before Autopilot pauses (default: 20)
- Default low-confidence pause — whether to pause on low-confidence output (default: on)
These defaults apply to new ideas. You can override them per idea in the Autopilot settings panel.
Active idea
The "active idea" is the one that agent commands from the Home screen command panel are run against. You can change the active idea from the Home screen (look for the idea selector in the top bar) or from Settings.
Deleting your account
To delete your account:
- Go to Settings
- Click Delete account (at the bottom of the page)
- Type your email address to confirm
- Click Delete permanently
Account deletion:
- Permanently deletes all your ideas, plans, and agent output
- Cancels your subscription immediately (no refund for unused period)
- Is irreversible — there's no recovery option
If you want to take a break without losing your data, cancel your subscription instead of deleting your account. Your data is preserved indefinitely even on the Free plan.
Exporting your data
Before deleting, you can export everything:
- Settings → Export my data
- A ZIP file is generated with your ideas, plans, agent artifacts, and prospect list in JSON + Markdown format
- Download the file
Export is available on Builder and Pro plans. Free plan users can manually copy content before deleting.
