Set up your founder profile
Your founder profile teaches Z2X how you build. The more detail you add, the more personalised your Z2X Path, agent recommendations, and coach guidance become.
How to access it
Click Profile in the navigation rail (the person icon), or go to app.z2xfounder.com/profile.
What's in your profile
Basic information
- Name and email — pulled from your account automatically
- Location — used to surface relevant market data
Founder archetype
Your archetype is the most important setting in your profile. Z2X uses it to shape the tone, sequence, and focus of your plan.
There are four main archetypes:

| Creative-Connector | Storytelling, community | Focuses on audience and brand first |
| Technical-Systematizer | Product, engineering | Leads with build quality and automation |
| Generalist-Experimenter | Fast iteration, pivoting | Shorter validation cycles, more bets |
Answer the profile questions honestly — Z2X will suggest the most likely archetype, but you can override it.
Work style
- How many hours per week can you dedicate to this project?
- What's your risk tolerance? (side project vs. going all-in)
- What have you built before? Previous experience shapes agent recommendations
Goals
- What does success look like in 6 months?
- What's your current biggest blocker?
The coach panel on the profile page will give you a one-paragraph analysis of your blocker and a recommended next step, based on your answers.
Saving your profile
Click Save profile in the top right. Your profile syncs to the cloud immediately. If you're signed in on multiple devices, changes appear everywhere within a few seconds.
The completion bar
The progress bar at the top of the profile page shows how complete your profile is. A higher completion percentage means:
- More personalised plan generation
- Better agent instructions
- More accurate "For You" idea recommendations
Aim for at least 80% before generating your Z2X Path.
Generating your playbook
Once your profile is complete, click Generate playbook (requires Builder or Pro plan). Z2X will produce a personalised strategic playbook based on your archetype, idea, and goals. This becomes the foundation for your Z2X Path.
