Workspace overview
Your workspace is the home screen of Z2X Founder. Here's a map of everything on it.
The navigation rail
The vertical bar on the left is your nav rail. It has two sections:
Primary navigation (top)
- Home — your command panel and workspace overview
- Ideas — browse, add, and manage all your ideas
Project navigation (middle) — scoped to your active idea
- Validate — your Z2X Path plan and agent steps
- Agents — agent run history and live status
- Evidence — the evidence ledger for your active idea
- First 100 — prospect management and outreach
- Metrics — goal tracking and progress
Secondary navigation (bottom)
- Vault — saved artifacts and exports
- Learn — resources and the Z2X Method explained
- Help — support and documentation
- Your avatar — links to your billing dashboard
The command panel
The large input box in the centre of the Home screen is the command panel. This is where you direct the workspace:
- Type a question like "What's the biggest risk with my idea?" and hit the arrow button
- Switch between Agent mode (agents act, you approve) and Builder mode (you drive, agents assist)
In Agent mode, the command panel routes your request to the right agent automatically.
The approval banner
When agents complete work that needs your review, a yellow banner appears at the top of the screen. The number shows how many actions are waiting for your approval.
Click Review now to see what agents have done and decide whether to approve or reject each item. Nothing is published or sent without your explicit approval.
Stat cards
Below the command panel, four cards show your workspace at a glance:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Ideas | Total ideas in your workspace |
| Active paths | Ideas with a Z2X Path in progress |
| Autopilots | Ideas with Autopilot mode enabled (pulsing green dot = actively running) |
| Credits | AI credits remaining this month |
Mobile
On mobile devices, the nav rail collapses to a horizontal bar at the bottom of the screen. All the same links are available, just reorganised for thumb navigation.
